Nice to see you again! Happy International Women's Day!

I know it's Wednesday but we are going to do typing instead of a video response today.

Go to and practicing typing. Start with the lesson you left off on last time.

After 15 minutes I'll have you go to and take a 2 minute typing test. Then upload the screenshot to SeeSaw.

1. Do Now (20 min.): Keyboarding Practice and take a Keyboarding Test

2. Work Time (30 min.): You can finish your protest poster, work on Reading or Writing Points (there are a couple new ones on the supplies table), or do any other late work.

3. Project Intro: We'll learn about the Research Project that we will start tomorrow. Woohoo!

Learning Goals:

Students can deepen their understanding of social issues and activism through reading and writing.

Students can improve their typing skills through regular practice.

Students can generate questions about their research topic.

READ for at least 20 minutes: a book, news articles, RAZ kids, movie reviews, music reviews, or get more ideas here.

Way to go!

Ms. Kesti
