Monday 10/31/16 (Happy Halloween!)
Happy Halloween!
Today we:
* Read Aloud from The Crossover-- remember any notes you take while reading can be used on the test next week (only on paper--no iPads for this)
* Worked on our rough drafts. You should arrive to class tomorrow with at least 3 (or more) pages of a rough draft. A rough draft means that it is your first try at a story--it's not perfect and you may still make changes to it in later drafts. If you are still feeling stuck on what to write about, please take a look at this list: http://www.mskesti.com/single-post/2016/10/30/QUESTIONS-FOR-MEMOIRISTS-thats-you to gather some ideas from your life.
If you want to type the draft, download google docs from Self Service. Title the document "Personal Narrative--1st Draft."
